Light Pink and White Summer Wedding at The Room on Main
The Room on Main Wedding Venue
Claire and Zach got married and had their reception at The Room on Main. We knew this girl had good taste. But wow! Her vision is a dream! At the iconic The Room on Main, www.theroomonmain.com you have floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown Dallas. The room is surrounded with these windows! And the hardwood floor in Dallas is a rare find.
The Dress
We loved the simplicity of Claire’s dress. A white satin with no embellishments. The back of the dress was dramatic! The best part was the skirt of her dress. When she danced that skirt just flared out and was so pretty! Her chandelier earrings were the perfect accompaniments.
I mean…come on! Are there two more gorgeous people in the world?
Flowers
Claire used All That Glam Events www.allthatglam.events as her florist. The bride decorated with light pink roses, white peonies and white hydrangeas. So pretty! She didn’t have tall flowers, as she did not want her guest’s vision to be affected by a large arrangement. So instead, she had the perfect size smaller flowers in a compote holder. Compotes can hold an incredible number of flowers! These flowers at The Room on Main were gorgeous!
The First Dance
Is there anything more fun than a first dance? Zach whisked Claire onto the dance floor for their first dance to “So Happy Together” by The Turtles. Elevation Band https://www.ecbands.com/elevation played for them live, with saxophones, which we love. They are so sexy! Zach twirled Claire around, and the bride’s dress flared with her.
Panini Bakery
Panini Bakery https://www.paninicakes.com is our favorite bakery in Dallas. Their cakes are so incredibly moist, and they melt in your mouth. The strawberries with cream paired with the white chocolate cake is simply dazzling!
The Father/Daughter Dance
This is something we love to watch. The connection between a bride and her dad really shines when they dance on the floor together, and we can tell that Claire loves her dad. It was stunning, and the dip at the end was the icing on the cake. Check out those pointed fingers! Claire must have had ballet lessons.
The Private Last Dance
You should definitely consider having a private last dance for just you two at the end of the night. No one but your photographer, videographer and band are in the room, so you can really take in all that you just did - providing your guests with an amazing evening. You can look around the room and start building your memories of a beautiful wedding day between you and your Groom. Check out that dip at the end.
Red Skeleton’s Rolls Royce
Igport Limos https://www.igportlimos.com provided the transportation for the couple to their hotel. They arrived with what was Red Skelton’s Rolls Royce! It was fantastic, and so red inside. Claire and Zach climbed in, ready to go, but oh oh…the car would not start! So typical of old Rolls Royce’s. So after waiting for about 30 minutes for a replacement car, Claire and Zach were finally on their way!
